Facing difficulties in expanding production, Mr. Le Xuan Dong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Anh Production and Trading Company Limited, requested Vinh Phuc province to create favorable conditions for the enterprise to clear land to expand the project and adjust and extend the investment certificate. At the same time, ensure the supply of electricity and water for the enterprise to stabilize production.

Representing Korean enterprises in Vinh Phuc, Mr. Lee Jong Young, General Director of Haesung Vina Vinh Phuc Co. , Ltd. said that according to forecasts, in the last months of 2025, enterprises will boost production, so the need for labor recruitment and stable power supply for production plays an important role. Therefore, he hopes that Vinh Phuc province will remove difficulties in labor recruitment, the need for social housing for workers and stable power supply.

Regarding investment projects facing difficulties, a representative of Tam Son Investment Joint Stock Company (Vinh Yen city) said that the project of the Road connecting Khai Quang Industrial Park with Son Loi Industrial Park in Binh Xuyen district, implemented since December 2021, has only reached 25% of the contract value. The company proposed that the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province adjust the project, because the route overlaps with national defense land, overlaps with other project planning, and adjust the contract unit price according to the current price, because the prolonged period has caused many fluctuations in material unit prices.

Listening and directly responding to proposals and recommendations from businesses, Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee, pledged to continue promoting administrative procedure reform, perfecting related planning as a basis for calling for and attracting investment; speeding up compensation and site clearance for investors, creating an open and transparent investment and business environment, promoting digital transformation, and creating the most favorable conditions for businesses to operate and develop.

Along with that, Vinh Phuc province allocates maximum resources for resettlement projects; promotes social housing projects to help workers stabilize and feel secure in contributing to businesses. Vinh Phuc province allocates resources to connect traffic infrastructure with regions, expanding economic space. Vinh Phuc will organize connection programs between businesses and vocational training units in the area to sign cooperation agreements, creating a stable labor supply. In parallel, Vinh Phuc province will continue to organize domestic and foreign investment promotion conferences, opening up opportunities to promote and attract investment in the province.

Currently, in Vinh Phuc province, there are about 17,000 registered enterprises with a total investment capital of about 292,400 billion VND, of which more than 10,000 enterprises are operating in production and business, creating stable jobs for about 582,600 workers, contributing up to 90% of the total budget revenue of the province. Enterprises in the province mainly focus on operating in the industrial, construction, trade and service sectors.

By the end of 2024, Vinh Phuc province has 1,326 investment projects; including 481 FDI projects with a total investment capital of more than 8.4 billion USD; 845 DDI projects with a total investment capital of about 145,151 trillion VND from 20 countries and territories, including many large projects from multinational corporations from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Singapore and some projects from Europe and the United States./.
