Vinh Phuc allows online registration for 10th grade admission from April 24

On April 23, information from the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Phuc , the Department has just updated instructions on registration operations, looking up records, looking up exam locations on the 10th grade admission software for the 2025-2026 school year for parents and students.

Previously, the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Phuc sent a document to relevant parties requesting the completion of system configuration, enrollment setup, and synchronization of student data on the SMAS system and enrollment software, ready before April 22 for students to register for online enrollment trial for grade 10 from April 24-29.

Also according to the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Phuc, this year, the enrollment software has been integrated into the SMAS system (School Management System), creating many conveniences and consistency in enrollment work.

To ensure safety, accuracy and objectivity, the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Phuc requires the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities to direct secondary schools to review and ensure requirements for entering information, data, synchronizing data, and evidence of students (information, achievements, priority subjects, learning results) into the system...

Secondary schools must complete the entry of student information and data before April 22; provide accounts and passwords to each student.

High schools must complete the steps in the Admissions Setup on the SMAS system before April 22 for students to register for a trial.

Candidates have 6 days to practice, get familiar with, and practice the registration process on the system. After April 29, all candidate registration data will be deleted to prepare for the official online registration for grade 10 within 1 week, starting from May 12.

“Schools and teachers need to provide complete and thoughtful information and guidance to parents and students. Learning from last year’s experience, there were cases where candidates thought the trial registration was real, and when it came to the official registration stage, they stopped registering,” Mr. Trinh Van Mung, Head of Quality Management Department, advised.

The Department's professional department also said that after successful official registration in mid-May, the candidate's exam registration form will integrate a QR Code, allowing parents and candidates to scan the code to transfer the fee, instead of receiving the transfer information and doing it separately like last year. This is also an improvement to bring convenience to students and parents.
