Vinh Phuc appoints 10 more and reappoints 9 labor mediators

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Plan to select and appoint labor conciliators in Vinh Phuc province in 2025, aiming to supplement and perfect the team of labor conciliators, meeting the requirements of the task of supporting the building of labor relations in enterprises and conciliating labor disputes arising in the province.

Strive to complete the target on the number of labor mediators according to Plan No. 41 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Project "Developing harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises in Vinh Phuc province for the period 2022-2025".

Candidates for the selection of labor mediators must meet the following criteria: Be a Vietnamese citizen, have full civil capacity as prescribed by the Civil Code, have good health and moral qualities. Have a university degree or higher and have at least 3 years of work experience in a field related to labor relations. Not be subject to criminal prosecution or have completed a sentence but have not had their criminal record cleared.

In 2025, the province will select and appoint 10 labor conciliators; re-appoint 9 labor conciliators by reviewing records.

The unit receiving the application is the Department of Home Affairs or the Department of Home Affairs of districts and cities that need to select and appoint labor mediators. There is no limit to the number of applications received.

In case of changes in the names of units due to innovation or organizational arrangement, based on assigned functions and tasks, Heads of units are responsible for continuing to implement the contents of this plan.
