Vingroup surveys the emergency care system in Ha Tinh

Dr. Phung Nam Lam - Deputy General Director of Vinmec Healthcare System (under Vingroup Corporation) has just conducted a survey on the Outpatient Emergency Project in Ha Tinh. Attending the meeting were representatives of the Ha Tinh Department of Health and Ha Tinh General Hospital.

Dr. Phung Nam Lam - Deputy General Director of Vinmec Healthcare System (under Vingroup Corporation) worked with the Ha Tinh Health sector.

According to the proposal of the health sector, the establishment of an outpatient emergency system will be linked to hospitals/medical centers and the operating center will be located at the Provincial General Hospital. Regarding human resources, the sector will organize outpatient emergency teams at units, arrange shifts and days, propose additional ambulances as well as essential equipment according to the expertise and regulations of the Ministry of Health .

Each hospital/medical center will be a "station" in the system, always ready with human resources and means to provide emergency care to people.

The delegation conducted a field survey at Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital.

After surveying the actual facilities, equipment, and means to prepare an outpatient emergency point at Ha Tinh General Hospital, Dr. Phung Nam Lam, on behalf of Vingroup, said that he would support and invest in upgrading emergency equipment, specialized ambulances, training medical staff, rescue forces, and the community in first aid techniques, sponsoring training equipment, and some other items.

Vingroup’s cooperation with the Ministry of Health in implementing the Outpatient Emergency Project is an important step forward in the strategy of providing health care and emergency aid to the people, opening up hope for survival and safety for millions of people in the future. This is also a meaningful and humane activity, affirming Vingroup’s social responsibility and spirit of serving the community since its establishment.

It is known that Ha Tinh is one of four localities where Vingroup signed a memorandum of understanding to pilot the outpatient emergency system.
