Vinfast and Indonesian bank Bni cooperate to promote green transformation and sustainable development

At the Vietnam - Indonesia High-Level Business Dialogue themed “Vietnam - Indonesia: Partnership for Progress and Prosperity”, General Secretary To Lam and Vietnamese and Indonesian Ministers witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on strategic cooperation between VinFast and state-owned Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). The MOU between VinFast and BNI not only marks an important milestone for the two parties in providing financial solutions and the green transport revolution in Southeast Asia, but also contributes to promoting the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Indonesia.

Under the MoU, VinFast and BNI will actively work towards the goal of promoting Indonesia’s green transformation and sustainable growth. The focus of the cooperation is to invest, develop and provide financial solutions to support VinFast’s green ecosystem, as well as facilitate the Indonesian people to easily switch to electric transportation.

BNI will act as a comprehensive strategic partner, providing professional advice, sharing experience and market insights, and facilitating access to capital and financial products for VinFast, companies in the Vingroup ecosystem, as well as VinFast's partners and customers.

Meanwhile, VinFast and companies in the Vingroup ecosystem are committed to providing preferential privileges to BNI employees and partners. These privileges include special price incentives for VinFast electric vehicles and related products/services, flexible financial solutions specifically designed to promote the use of electric vehicles and green transformation at BNI.

In addition, the two sides will jointly implement campaigns to raise awareness and promote green transformation in Indonesia, creating strong impacts on the country's Net Zero goals and sustainable prosperity, contributing to affirming and strengthening the partnership "Vietnam - Indonesia: Partnership for Progress and Prosperity".
