VinFast repositions VF 8 with "upgraded class" version VF 8 Lux

On July 15, 2024, in Hanoi - VinFast officially launched the upgraded version VF 8 Lux of the VF 8 electric car line with a luxurious appearance, temperament and superior technology. With the desire to support users to "Upgrade their class", VinFast also announced the application of an upgrade policy from VF 8 to VF 8 Lux with optimal cost and many attractive incentives for customers who make early deposits.

The first outstanding point of VinFast VF 8 Lux compared to the existing version is the strong visual impression. VinFast VF 8 Lux has two options: the regular version and the Plus version, in which the VF 8 Lux version is equipped with an electric motor with a capacity of 350 horsepower, traveling a distance of 471km/full charge, while the VF 8 Lux Plus version has a capacity of up to 402 horsepower, traveling a distance of 457km/full charge. Currently, the VF 8 Lux Plus version is equipped with the VinFast virtual assistant integrated with AI generation, while the VF 8 Lux version will be added with this feature in the near future through a software update.

Positioned as a "Class Upgrading" car model, targeting individual and family customers, VinFast applies many sales policies and special incentives for VF 8 Lux. Accordingly, customers who deposit VF 8 Lux in July will receive free battery charging at V-GREEN public charging stations within 2 years, and will be committed to buying back the car with a value of up to 90% of the original car price, in addition to general incentives such as free parking under 5 hours and priority parking at Vingroup facilities. With optimal equipment for service business, the price for VF 8S is 1,079,000,000 VND for the battery rental option and 1,289,000,000 VND for the car purchase option with battery.

The VF 8 Lux version is priced at VND 1,170,000,000 (battery rental) and VND 1,380,000,000 (with battery). The VF 8 Lux Plus version is priced at VND 1,359,000,000 (battery rental) and VND 1,569,000,000 (with battery). The car will be officially on sale nationwide from 8:00 a.m. on July 16, 2024.
