Vines and Marubeni Collaborate to Promote the Use of Energy Storage Battery Systems

Under the cooperation agreement, Marubeni will conduct an assessment survey with VinES, then invest, install and operate BESS at many business locations of Vingroup's companies, to provide energy saving solutions, load balancing and smart power management. The BESS system can also be expanded to integrate with renewable energy systems, promoting Vingroup's transition to clean energy.

With the strength of being the only BESS system manufacturer in Vietnam, providing complete, safe, efficient and economical solutions, with production capacity at GWh scale, VinES will be the manufacturer and supplier of BESS solutions for Marubeni to implement this project.

Marubeni is expected to invest up to tens of MWh of capacity for BESS systems in the initial phase and expand the scale in subsequent phases.
