Viettel expands coverage in border areas

(QBĐT) - On the morning of April 9, Viettel Quang Binh organized the opening ceremony of mobile broadcasting station QBH 0335-17 at Km52, Co Do village, Thuong Trach commune (Bo Trach).

The newly operated mobile broadcasting station ensures wide coverage to 6 villages in Thuong Trach commune.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Department of Science and Technology, People's Committee of Thuong Trach Commune, Con Roang Border Guard Station and local people.

QBH 0335-17 station started construction in January 2025 with a total investment of nearly 1 billion VND. The station officially operated and broadcast on March 27, with a design that ensures wide coverage to 6 villages in the commune, including: Co Do, 51, Cham Pu, But, Noong Cu, Noong Moi.

This is the 9th mobile broadcasting station invested in and built by Viettel Quang Binh in the border communes of Thuong Trach and Tan Trach.

In 2025, the unit will continue to survey and build new stations in these two communes to expand coverage, improve service quality; contribute to ensuring national defense and security, promoting socio-economic development and serving the management work of local authorities.

On this occasion, Viettel Quang Binh presented 30 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to people in difficult circumstances in the area and gave gifts to students at school 51, Thuong Trach Primary School No. 2.
