Ericsson and Viettel have just announced their cooperation together.
Mr. Denis Brunetti, Head of Ericsson Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos, shared: "Ericsson Expert Analytics is supported by deep use cases, technology and expertise covering mobile consumer services such as Mobile Broadband and VoLTE. Ericsson Expert Analytics will strengthen Viettel's operations and data-driven decisions, thereby improving subscriber and enterprise customer satisfaction as well as better overall business results."
The EEA solution, part of Ericsson’s Business and Operations Support Systems portfolio, will help Viettel predict user satisfaction, detect issues affecting service experience and quality, understand root causes, create clear and insightful dashboards, and automatically take appropriate actions to improve experience and operational efficiency.
For example, complex event handling and unique metrics reveal voice service disruptions, so advanced traffic analytics can ensure service quality before issues impact the service experience in increasingly complex scenarios. Troubleshooting times are significantly reduced by eliminating many manual interventions.
