Vietnamobile and VNPAY cooperate to improve customer experience and value for businesses

Vietnamobile Mobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company ( VNPAY ) held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement to enhance customer experience and value for businesses.

According to the agreement between the parties, VNPAY will be one of the main distributors of Vietnamobile's e-voucher and phone top-up services. Users can purchase these products through channels such as VNPAY e-wallet, Vban website and banking applications. The VNPAY ecosystem will be deployed on Vietnamobile's application so that Vietnamobile customers can conveniently experience and use services in the VNPAY ecosystem.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Raymond Ho, General Director of Vietnamobile said: “Coming to the decision to cooperate is a process of learning and expanding the capabilities, strengths, business perspectives and cultures of the two sides”.
