Accordingly, Vietnam Post and DataStreams will cooperate in researching big data technology models and artificial intelligence applications in building a unified data platform that allows in-depth data analysis, thereby optimizing operational efficiency, developing new products and services in a personalized direction, enhancing customer experience to narrow the gap between businesses and customers, while promoting automation and comprehensive digital transformation.
One of the notable points is that the two sides will jointly develop an application model using Data Fabric technology to unify Vietnam Post's diverse data systems, improve consistency, optimize data management efficiency and strengthen information security.
Data integration through Data Fabric will also support more comprehensive and intelligent decision making based on data mining, analysis and close connection between different systems. From there, design and develop products and services that are more suitable to market trends, better meeting the diverse needs of customers.
In addition, the two sides will also cooperate to promote the deployment of data exchanges and strive to expand global cooperation.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post, said that the cooperation between Vietnam Post and DataStreams is the first step in the project to build a data trading platform. In which, Vietnam Post will be the pioneer enterprise, ready with conditions from resources, technology, and platform to deploy data business in accordance with the legal framework when the state allows.
Mr. Lee Young Sang, Chairman and CEO of DataStreams, said that this enterprise will work with Vietnam Post to effectively implement projects, contributing to opening the door for data exchange cooperation between Vietnam and the world.
