Vietnam Airlines Classic Hanoi Concert 2024 is a perfect blend of classical music and ballet.
Specifically, Vietnam Airlines Classic - Hanoi Concert 2024 was successfully performed on two nights, October 12-13, 2024, at Ho Guom Theater. Each performance on each night was organized and staged differently, creating a wonderful musical experience for the audience. The Russian National Orchestra under the direction of conductor César Álvarez took the audience through different levels of emotions through the Festive Overture by Dmitri Shostakovich and Symphony No 4 by composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky. The concert also featured the talented pianist Eva Gevorgyan with the piece Piano Concerto - A minor. Eva Gevorgyan's sweet, soulful piano completely captured the hearts of the audience. On the second night of performance, Vietnam Airlines Classic - Hanoi Concert 2024 brought to the audience excerpts from classical ballets from the famous Bolshoi Theater. In a profound artistic space, the enchanting world of ballet was recreated with the magic of sound, creating unforgettable, lingering emotions. This year, the event was held for the first time at the Ho Guom Opera House - one of the best opera houses in the world with luxurious European architecture, modern equipment, comparable to many iconic works in the world such as the Sydney Opera House in Sydney (Australia) or the Wiener Staatsoper in Vienna (Austria). Held since 2017, Vietnam Airlines Classic Hanoi Concert is a testament to Vietnam Airlines' commitment to cooperating with Hanoi to promote its role as a cultural ambassador, connecting the people and tourists of the capital with world music. Joining the atmosphere of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, on October 13, Vietnam Airlines also successfully organized the Hanoi Open Dragon Boat Racing Tournament 2024, attracting the participation of 48 teams from domestic and foreign units, organizations and enterprises. Nearly 800 coaches and athletes from 40 territories, countries, units and organizations registered to participate in this year's Hanoi Open Dragon Boat Racing Tournament. Of which, 48 teams registered to compete. This is not only an opportunity for athletes to exchange and demonstrate solidarity, but also contributes to promoting the tourism image of the capital Hanoi. The participation of racing teams from abroad has contributed to increasing the internationality of the tournament. Previously, on October 12, the Run For Love 2024 race organized by Vietnam Airlines took place on the West Lake route (Hanoi). The event attracted more than 1,500 athletes, including more than 300 visually impaired athletes. Entering its third season, Run For Love has become a sporting event that attracts the attention of many "runners". This year, more than 1,500 athletes competed in three distances: 5km, 10km and 21km, with many valuable prizes for individuals (male/female) and groups. The event became even more meaningful when it was held on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
