Vietnam Airlines continues to be honored as an excellent 5-star airline

Vietnam Airlines has been honored as a Five Star Major Airline by The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). This is the second consecutive year that Vietnam Airlines has received this prestigious title.

The title of "Excellent 5-Star Airline" was awarded by APEX based on the evaluation of passenger experiences on millions of flights worldwide. Not only considering service quality, this year's results also highly appreciated Vietnam Airlines for its ability to connect international passengers to Vietnam through good flight experiences.

This is a continuation of the success of 2023, when Vietnam Airlines was honored by APEX as a "5-star international airline".

The APEX award is only valid for 2 years, requiring airlines to continuously improve their customer experience to maintain and continue to achieve this title. This not only demonstrates the airline's efforts in improving the customer experience, but also affirms the position of the Vietnamese aviation industry in the international arena.
