Vietcombank has been the bank with the best working environment in Vietnam for 8 consecutive years, according to the 2023 Ranking of 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam announced by Anphabe.

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) continues to affirm its position as the bank with the most attractive working environment when it continues to be the only bank voted in the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Vietnam in 2023 and in the Top 50 attractive employer brands for Vietnamese students in 2023.

With this year's survey results, Vietcombank maintains its leading position for 8 consecutive years as the bank with the best working environment in Vietnam.

Entering its 10th season, the Vietnam Best Workplaces ranking is based on the results of an objective survey of 63,878 experienced workers from 18 occupational groups and 9,638 students from 113 universities nationwide. The survey was conducted from April to August. The results were verified by Intage Vietnam Market Research Company.

The survey aims to measure the employer brand attractiveness of 752 businesses. At the same time, update the latest trends in talent, human resources and working environment in Vietnam.

Vietcombank continues to affirm its position as the bank with the most attractive working environment when it was voted the only bank in the Top 10 rankings.

This year's program also expanded the survey to include students and 340 businesses nationwide to select the Top 50 attractive recruitment brands for Vietnamese students in 2023.

Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a prestigious working environment ranking organized annually by Anphabe, under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The evaluation model and method are verified by market research company Intage Vietnam to ensure the fairness and objectivity of the results.
