The ranking is based on the positive satisfaction index of YouGov BrandIndex, a brand health monitoring tool that collects daily data from more than 350 brands in Vietnam. This is the result of more than 40,000 consumer surveys over 2 years through this tool.
If last year the highest satisfaction score was only 77.3, this year it reached 86.2 thanks to the banks' efforts to improve the quality of their services and products. This means that 86.2% of Vietcombank's customers are satisfied with the bank for the services and products they are using.
Up 4 places compared to 2022, Vietcombank continues to affirm a solid foundation for a strong and standard brand, a leading prestigious bank in Vietnam.
