Many large foreign corporations are also participating in Vietnam such as Samsung and LG. Vietnam also has large corporations that are competitive with foreign companies such as FPT and VNPT.

Deputy Minister Bui Hoang Phuong said that the IT industry is growing at a rate of 15-20% per year.

According to Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong, to achieve the above results, the Vietnamese Government has issued a series of dynamic and creative policies such as the policy on developing concentrated IT zones. Since 2001, Vietnam has had 8 concentrated IT zones, with more than 1,000 operating enterprises.

In addition, the Government has issued many preferential policies in the field of software production activities, supporting FDI enterprises in Vietnam. In addition, there are many strategies such as the AI ​​development policy until 2030, the goal of making AI an important field in Vietnam.

In the coming time, the Government will continue to issue many support policies and mechanisms. For example, in June, the Government will issue a project to develop semiconductor human resources until 2030, submit it to the National Assembly, and it is expected that by 2025, the Digital Technology Industry Law will be issued to promote this field.

Information technology and digital technology are considered new productive forces, contributing to the modernization of the country. Deputy Minister Bui Hoang Phuong hopes that Mr. Murthy, with his knowledge and vision, will share with the Vietnamese community ways of management, operation, new technology trends, and trends to develop the country's economy.

The Deputy Minister of Information and Communications emphasized that Vietnam welcomes businessmen and large corporations to visit and invest in Vietnam. Mr. Murthy's presence affirmed Vietnam's interest and position before international friends, and at the same time called on the Indian business community and other countries to have deeper cooperation, connecting Vietnam with India and the world. The leader of the Ministry of Information and Communications also highly appreciated FPT's initiative in attracting leading businesses and corporations to Vietnam.
