Today, in the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the New Year, the Party's founding day, and the Beginning of Spring, I am very pleased to attend the launching ceremony of the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management, under the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology. This is a significant event, marking the birth of a new type of organization, with the hope of contributing to promoting the development of high-quality human resources, improving the leadership, administration and management capacity of Vietnamese enterprises and organizations in the period of innovation and international integration.

I would like to send my congratulations to the leaders of the Academy, the leaders and staff of the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management, the experts, teachers and scientists of the Academy for this important and meaningful event. I wish the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management will reap many successes and make an important contribution to the cause of training and nurturing generations of outstanding Vietnamese leaders and managers.

An institute that specializes in leadership, administration and management is very rare in Vietnam.

An institute on leadership, governance and management in the Vietnamese context, following the Vietnamese school, is even rarer.

Vietnam is a country with a thousand-year-old culture. That culture has built Vietnam, preserved and developed Vietnam. And that culture has also developed with Vietnam. There is no reason why that culture is not present in the leadership, administration and management of Vietnam.

Countries share common, universal values ​​and knowledge of humanity, but to develop and rise, they each have their own path. This path is based on the culture and context of each country. It is very difficult to find two countries that have achieved success by the same path. Finding the right path for your country is decisive in rising up to become a developed country.

The formula for success is a harmonious combination of human knowledge and modern trends with Vietnamese reality and culture.

For the first time, there is an institute that places importance on all three of these pillars.

It is also the first time an institute has put the word Vietnam, the context and the Vietnamese school into leadership, administration and management. Without this word Vietnam, Vietnamese enterprises and organizations will find it difficult to have breakthrough development, difficult to be sustainable. And especially, difficult to grow, difficult to become great and difficult to compete globally.

The Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management was established on the Party's founding day, February 3, 2025, when our Party will be 95 years old. The spirit of February 3 is the spirit of pioneering, leading, leading and pioneering, the spirit of liberation, the spirit of putting Vietnam on the world map, standing shoulder to shoulder with the great powers, the spirit of sacrifice for the common cause, the spirit of building a great career from scratch, the spirit of relying on the people, taking the people as the foundation. I hope that the first teachers, the first people of the Institute will have this spirit to build the Institute.

The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology is a major university in digital technology. So, the Institute should use digital technology more in teaching, equip digital thinking for leaders of Vietnamese enterprises and organizations. Vietnamese leadership, administration and management must have digital elements: Digital leadership, digital administration and digital management. Digital must be both a factor of the times and a factor of Vietnam.

Teachers now have to do a new job, which is the profession of doctor, treating diseases. And this is also the new, unique, and exclusive approach of the Institute. Only in this way can the "tree of life" stay evergreen at the Vietnam Institute of Leadership, Administration and Management. Today is also the beginning of spring. The Institute was born on this day with the meaning of staying evergreen, close to life, always growing and flourishing.
