Of the 21 products seized, four were counterfeit drugs licensed for circulation: Tetracycline, Clorocid, Pharcoter and Neo-Codion.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests local health departments to urgently notify drug businesses and users to strictly prohibit the trading and use of the above counterfeit drugs.
The Ministry of Health also directed to strengthen inspections of pharmaceutical businesses and set up a hotline to receive reports on counterfeit and smuggled drugs.
