According to Mr. Nhan, the above land belongs to the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2,000) of the residential area of Tan Lap - Loc Tho - Phuoc Tien wards. This zoning plan has not been approved by competent authorities.

In addition, after the Prime Minister approved the Nha Trang City Master Plan Adjustment Project to 2040 in March 2024, the locality has implemented 29 zoning plans. This is a large amount of work, requiring many appraisal steps.

Mr. Nhan said that up to now, the above Zoning Planning Project has been completed by the city, waiting for the Department of Construction to appraise and submit to the competent authority for approval.

After approval, the city will carry out the necessary procedures to implement the construction of the project in the direction of Nha Trang becoming a green, civilized, modern, sustainably developed urban area, a livable city.

In addition, funding for the construction of the administrative center has been arranged. It is expected that the project will start construction in the third quarter of this year and be put into operation in 2027.

Nha Trang City Administrative Center is built on a land area of over 3,900m2 on Hoang Hoa Tham Street. The project has a total investment of 438.3 billion VND, capital from the city budget.

Thousands of people living on Nhat Tri Islet (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province) live in fear of being "attacked" by waves every stormy season. They have to use stone cages and wooden bars to reinforce their houses to ensure safety.
