Why did Khanh Hoa cancel the decision to approve land prices at 4 projects and land plots?

Because the basis for issuing the above land price approval decisions has expired (Land Law 2013), Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just canceled 4 decisions approving land prices and land areas that have been issued to re-issue.

Mr. Le Huu Hoang, Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, has just signed a decision to cancel 4 decisions approving specific land prices that were issued from August 16 to August 20, 2024, including: Napoleon Castle I Apartment Project; land plot No. 2 Yersin; Le Hong Phong II New Urban Area and Phuoc Long New Urban Area project.

Regarding this issue, speaking with reporters of the Investment Electronic Newspaper - Baodautu.vn on the afternoon of August 30, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Chief of Office of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, said that because the basis for issuing the decisions approving specific land prices mentioned above has expired (Land Law 2013), the Provincial People's Committee must cancel it.

According to Mr. Ha, after canceling the above decisions, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee re-issued decisions approving new specific land prices and the determined land prices remained unchanged.

Previously, in July 2024, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Khanh Hoa province notified consulting units about the selection and registration to participate in determining specific land prices for more than 60 residential, housing, urban, tourism projects... in the province in 2024.

If the unit requests additional expenses, it must clearly state the basis for calculation and the fee level of each related item so that the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Khanh Hoa province can compare the regulations and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision. According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Khanh Hoa province, land valuation is very important. This is the basis for implementing other activities.
