Not only buying apartments, even customers who rent to live also look for beautiful floors with good feng shui to bring prosperity. Therefore, investors rely on this factor to increase prices in business and earn huge profits.

According to spiritual beliefs, apartments with floors with bad feng shui numbers will be sold at a cheaper price. Because for Vietnamese people, numbers associated with their daily lives will have a certain meaning. The most important are numbers related to housing and vehicles.

And a number that many Vietnamese people are always wary of is number 13. Because according to feng shui, number 13 will bring bad luck and misfortune.

However, in reality, there is no scientific evidence to convincingly prove these spiritual numbers. There is no scientific conclusion that the above numbers bring bad things or bad luck.

Not only does the number of floors affect the price, the height of the floors also directly affects the price of the apartment.

For apartments, mid-floor apartments are often more expensive than low-floor and high-floor apartments.

Accordingly, apartments on floors 8-22 are often more expensive and more popular. And from floors 22 and up, apartment prices often decrease.

Explaining this, real estate experts say that many people choose to buy apartments on the middle floors because these floors are often quieter, have a wide view, beautiful view, airy, full of natural light and are not disturbed by anyone. In addition, there is no need to worry about insects.

The higher the floor, the lower the price because the movement will be more difficult and inconvenient. Most apartment buildings only have 2-4 elevators and run from the basement to the top floor of the building. In addition, the quality of elevators in many buildings is not good and is very prone to problems.

On the other hand, regarding fire prevention, if a fire breaks out, it will be more difficult for people living on high floors to escape than those living on middle and low floors.

Apartments on very low floors are also cheap because they have limited views. Because in cities, apartment buildings and buildings are built close together.

Can greatly affect the direction of light as well as the ability to catch wind in the summer. Make the apartment space become cramped and humid. Low-rise apartments are also prone to phenomena such as humidity, causing the apartment space to be damp and moldy.

For these reasons, mid-floor apartments will usually cost more than low-floor and high-floor apartments.
