At 9:00 a.m., SJC gold prices at businesses such as Saigon Jewelry Company; Doji and Phu Quy were announced at 105.00-107.50 million VND/tael, remaining stable.
At the same time, the price of gold rings at Phu Quy Company was listed at 102.60-106.20 million VND/tael, while Bao Tin Minh Chau Company announced the price of plain round gold rings at 102.60-105.90 million VND/tael (buy/sell), down 300,000 VND/tael compared to the previous closing price.
In yesterday's session (April 14), SJC gold price increased by 1 million VND per tael and gold ring price also increased by 700,000-1.1 million VND per tael.
This morning, the world gold price fluctuated around 3,218 USD/ounce, down nearly 10 USD compared to the same time last session. This price is equivalent to 100.85 million VND/tael when converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank.
This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate on April 15 at 24,891 VND/USD, up 5 VND compared to the previous session. With a margin of +/-5%, Vietinbank traded from 25,695-26,055 VND/USD (buy/sell), up 55 VND compared to the previous session. Vietcombank announced from 25,680-26,040 VND, up 40 VND.
However, BIDV Bank bought at 25,690 VND/USD and sold at 26,050 VND/USD, an increase of 45 VND, and Agribank traded from 25,660-26,000 VND/USD (buy/sell), plus 10 VND./.
