With thousands of books on display, the event not only helps readers easily access valuable works but also promotes the reading movement to develop more strongly in the community.

At the event, the booth of Dak Lak Book - School Equipment Joint Stock Company was one of the prominent destinations. With a scientific and eye-catching layout and a rich number of books of many genres such as history, science, domestic and international literature, children's books, etc., this area has created an attractive reading space, arousing curiosity and passion for knowledge discovery for all ages.

Mr. Truong Van Bang, Director of Dak Lak Book and School Equipment Joint Stock Company, said that the company has brought more than 20,000 books to serve readers. Not only focusing on content, the company also implemented a discount program of 30 - 50% to create favorable conditions for readers to easily own their favorite books. "Through this activity, we hope not only to promote reading culture but also to contribute to nurturing the love of books in the community, especially the generation of students. Accessing knowledge through books not only helps to expand knowledge but also fosters personality and guides positive lifestyles for students," Mr. Bang shared.

In addition, the Festival also had the enthusiastic participation of student groups from many schools in the area. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang, teacher in charge of the Team Leader of Phan Chu Trinh Primary School (Buon Ma Thuot City) said: "As soon as we received information about the Festival, the school proactively developed a plan to organize for students to participate as an extracurricular activity. This is an opportunity for students to get acquainted with many new books, improve their reading comprehension skills, and at the same time create a good foundation to form a long-term reading habit."

According to Ms. Trang, bringing students to open reading spaces like Book Festival will help them feel more clearly the value of reading. Instead of being limited to textbooks, students can access a rich treasure trove of knowledge from many fields, thereby developing independent thinking, stimulating creativity and joy in learning about the world around them.

Tran Quang Vinh, an 8th grader at Trung Vuong Secondary School (Buon Ma Thuot City), was extremely excited to discover many new genres of books. “When visiting the book display areas, I learned about many interesting books about history, sovereignty over seas and islands, etc. I bought some books to read and will bring them to school to introduce to my classmates,” Vinh shared.

Here, my children and I found many suitable books to add to the family bookshelf.”

With practical activities, the 4th Dak Lak Province Book and Reading Culture Festival in 2025 not only helps people expand their knowledge but also motivates everyone, especially the young generation, to form the habit of reading and discover the invaluable spiritual values that books bring.
