Long An continues to effectively operate the Working Group to inspect, urge, and resolve difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing and disbursing the 2024 public investment plan; ensuring that in the second quarter, the implementation and disbursement volume must be at least 50% of the plan and the whole year must reach 100% of the plan.

With the spirit of "Overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain; eating quickly, sleeping urgently; working in 3 shifts and 4 shifts", Key projects and works in the province have accelerated investment and construction progress, especially during this dry season. The province has established two working groups to inspect, monitor and urge the disbursement progress in 2024, thanks to which the disbursement rate has basically met the set target.

The Provincial People's Committee allocated more than VND 7,700 billion; by the end of March 2024, more than VND 1,500 billion had been disbursed, reaching more than 20% of the plan; of which, the provincial capital disbursed nearly 21% of the plan, and the district capital disbursed more than 18% of the plan./.
