This is the second time Ms. Vu Thi Mai Oanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Yen Bai province - has conquered Ta Xua peak. She has also conquered many mountains such as Ta Chi Nhu, Lung Cung..., but perhaps never before has that journey left such an impression, when she participated with a delegation of 100 athletes, including journalists from press agencies across the country. The athletes participated in the Tournament with the hope of having experiences and images of the Tram Tau land "warm springs, vast sea of clouds" to spread and introduce to readers, in order to develop tourism, contributing to helping people here have a better life.

Sharing the same mission, Vu Thi Mai Oanh created a surprising image for the athletes participating in the Tournament. Amidst the immense sea of clouds of the high mountains of Tram Tau, amidst the slippery and bumpy roads between the old forests and rocks... the image of a woman in a traditional ao dai, walking gently through the "fairy moss forest", made her companions moved and admired.

Vu Thi Mai Oanh has been involved in the local culture and tourism industry for many years and is also involved in many activities to spread the image of Yen Bai, especially the unique cultural features, beautiful landscapes and people of the locality.

On her personal page, she often shares beautiful photos associated with the landscape, culture and people of Yen Bai highlands, attractive destinations... Once, she shared her journey of bringing her mother at the age of "ancient and late" to conquer Lung Cung peak - a story that moved many people, and made them love the strength and perseverance of highland women even more.

Ms. Oanh and her mother conquered Lung Cung peak to celebrate her mother's 70th birthday.

In this journey to conquer Ta Xua peak, which took place within the framework of the "Steps on the Clouds" Mountain Climbing Competition for journalists - organized by Vietnam Law Newspaper, Tram Tau District People's Committee, Hung Viet Trading and Tourism Company Limited, Mai Oanh participated as an invited guest.

And she left a special impression not only with her cheerful and energetic energy from the starting point, but also at the end of the journey, after the 4th rest stop, she suddenly put on a graceful ao dai, with lines and patterns representing the cultural characteristics of the Northwest.

This road is no longer as dangerous as the "dragon's spine" area, but to overcome nearly 3km of "fairy moss forest" after traveling nearly 10km of mountain road, moving in the ao dai is still a big challenge.

However, the photos taken during the journey show her face always radiant. Many people commented: If she did not have a passionate love for the beautiful scenery of her homeland, and a passion for spreading beautiful images of Yen Bai, it would be difficult for her to do such a special thing.

Sharing about her outfit choice, she said: “With designer Phuong Linh’s design, the stretchy material is very comfortable, I had no difficulty conquering the peak. Moreover, I wanted to take this photo series on the top of the mountain, so that visitors would understand that the climb is not too difficult, and I want to add to the wonderful beauty of my homeland.”

Previously, in the routes of this mountain climbing competition, Mai Oanh also always appeared radiantly, with the national flag and brocade scarf showing her love for her homeland, and the desire to spread beautiful images to everyone.

Some photos taken by Mai Oanh at Ta Xua peak, in the "Mountain climbing competition - conquering Ta Xua peak" with 100 journalists:

Mai Oanh shared that she once wore an ao dai in the Ta Xua moss forest on her first time conquering this peak. The fairy-tale-like scenery made her dream of recording the beautiful scenes of this place many more times.
