To ensure food safety and protect consumers' health, women's unions at all levels in the province focus on advising the Party Committee and authorities in selecting and registering projects and tasks to ensure food safety in accordance with the functions and tasks of the association and the actual situation of the locality; proactively coordinating with the government and functional sectors to exploit resources and implement effective programs and activities.
Women's Unions at all levels have participated in inspecting and supervising food service stores, collective kitchens in schools, companies, business households, small traders in markets...; supporting members, production and processing establishments owned by members and women in procedures to confirm the origin of products...
From 2024 to present, women's unions at all levels have coordinated to organize 5 training courses, imparting knowledge on production, business, and consumption of agricultural products to more than 300 members.

Every year, women's associations at all levels in the province have organized many activities in response to the Month of Action for Food Safety, raising the responsibility of producers and traders in strictly complying with legal regulations on the origin of raw materials, hygiene conditions of facilities, and equipment serving food production and trading.
Resolutely boycott products that do not ensure quality; train knowledge and skills to propagate and mobilize members about food safety in cultivation, animal husbandry, safe food processing... Thereby, promoting the role of the association at all levels in ensuring food safety.
Ms. Trieu Thi Giang, Director of the Circular Agriculture Production Cooperative, Dong Ich Commune (Lap Thach) said: In May 2024, the Cooperative has cooperated with 30 households producing herbal rice; purchasing all herbal rice grown for processing, producing herbal rice and tea.
To create trust for consumers, the Cooperative always cares and focuses on food safety; commits to not using preservatives. Members of the Cooperative are propagated, raise awareness, take action in agricultural production; participate in training courses, guide the process of caring for crops; how to prepare, preserve and regulations on the use of pesticides... to help improve knowledge and apply it to practice in the production process.
To meet consumer demand and ensure food safety, in January 2024, the Women's Union of Tam Duong district established the Kim Long safe vegetable cooperative in Don residential group, Kim Long town with 35 participating members.
Ms. Phan Thi Bich, Director of Kim Long Safe Vegetable Cooperative said: "Previously, the vegetable production process was traditional, fertilization was based on experience. Since joining the cooperative, members have regularly attended training courses and clearly recognized the importance of safe agricultural production; instructions on the safe vegetable production process from soil preparation, treatment of pathogens in the soil to avoid the risk of disease infection for vegetables, selecting seeds, care and using pesticides at the right time, in accordance with regulations... Therefore, the cooperative's agricultural products always ensure food safety, bringing trust and safety to consumers.
Implementing the “Food Safety Action Month” in 2025 with the theme “Ensuring food safety, focusing on food safety in collective kitchens, catering services and street food”, women's unions at all levels in the province continue to promote their core role, step up propaganda, mobilize cadres and members to implement food safety; maintain the operation of food safety implementation models; coordinate with localities and functional branches to strengthen inspection and supervision of food processing and trading establishments... contributing to protecting public health.
