Thanh Ha district expects lychee output this year to reach 38,000 tons.

According to Thanh Ha District People's Committee, this year, white egg lychee tea (earliest) will be harvested around May 17 (about 10 days later than previous years). Around May 20, early lychee tea such as U Hong and U Tham will continue to be harvested, and most of this lychee tea will be harvested for the main crop.

In 2025, Thanh Ha district will have 7 lychee packaging facilities with 20 licensed export codes, a decrease of 5 facilities compared to 2024 (due to not meeting the conditions).

Professional agencies are guiding 4 communes including Thanh Hong, Vinh Cuong, Thanh Quang, Thanh Tan and Thanh Ha town to establish 17 lychee production groups, instruct households to apply safe production processes, and re-certify VietGAP standards for 227 hectares due to expiration.

Thanh Ha district expects lychee output to reach 38,000 tons in 2025.
