Night Wolf V-League 2023-2024 has the participation of 14 professional clubs including: Binh Duong, Hanoi Police, Thanh Hoa, Hanoi FC, Hai Phong, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Ha Tinh, Khanh Hoa, Nam Dinh, Quang Nam, Song Lam Nghe An, Binh Dinh, Ho Chi Minh City, Viettel.
The prize of Night Wolf V-League 2023-2024 increased compared to the 2023 season with a total value of 9.5 billion VND.

Clubs participating in AFC tournaments are allowed to register 4 foreign players.
A highlight in the organization of the 2023-2024 National Football Championship season is that many matches in the 2023-2024 V-League will apply VAR technology.
With 02 VAR vehicles meeting FIFA standards, based on the Match Schedule, VPF will arrange VAR vehicles to operate from the North Central region (Ha Tinh) to the North, a maximum of 4 matches per round at V-League 2023-2024 will apply VAR technology.
