On the morning of December 11, in his speech at the 5th National Forum on Developing Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises - 2023, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha stated that Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprise Day (December 12) is a special day to honor digital enterprises - the pioneers in today's era.
The Deputy Prime Minister acknowledged that Vietnam had taken advantage of the previous three industrial revolutions but had not brought about many changes. For the fourth industrial revolution, Vietnam must have a completely new approach.

" This morning's discussions have provided many suggestions for the business community and state agencies to find new resources to replace traditional resources. This is a rare opportunity for latecomers to catch up and take a shortcut to success in the field of telecommunications and digital transformation, " said the Deputy Prime Minister.
On behalf of the Government, Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha congratulated the enterprises and companies receiving the Make in Vietnam award. Through this, it can be seen that our country has a very fast-growing and very strong force of entrepreneurs in the digital economy field.
" I think the event has created a special atmosphere, creating breakthroughs and pioneering in innovation and creativity. The businesses and entrepreneurs receiving the awards today bring motivation, spirit and material contributions in applying digital technology. Vietnam's position and prestige in the world are determined by digital businesses and the digital economy, " the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha reiterated the statement of the Minister of Information and Communications at the 3rd National Forum on Developing Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises - 2021 that if Vietnam's digital economy and Vietnamese digital enterprises do not develop and do not make Vietnam happy and strong, it is the Minister's responsibility.
" Two years later, I want to reiterate to see that Minister Nguyen Manh Hung was right. The Minister, together with his businessmen and forces, have proven with numbers and contributions to the country, making Vietnam prestigious, prestigious and powerful, " said the Deputy Prime Minister.
Mr. Tran Hong Ha said that the Government will listen to businesses to create a legal environment. At the same time, the Government will become the "largest orderer" to create output for businesses.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted the need for national digital products of sufficient quality to "bring the bell to strike foreign lands". In addition to finding unique characteristics, businesses need to build a common technical infrastructure, creating a foundation for development.

In his response, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung stated that businesses aspire to conquer the world with Vietnamese products and technology and hope that the Government, ministries and sectors will assign them greater tasks to further develop national digital transformation, industrialization and modernization of the country.
On behalf of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung promised to create digital applications to develop the digital economy, because this is a new driving force for labor productivity development.
" The Ministry will use technology to realize its aspirations of becoming a powerful country, "turning" Vietnam into a leading digital technology country, contributing to the prosperity of humanity, " said Minister Nguyen Manh Hung, hoping that the Government will continue to pay more attention to digital technology in the country as well as businesses.
Within the framework of the forum, the Ministry of Information and Communications organized a ceremony to announce and award the Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product Award 2023 to honor Vietnamese enterprises and organizations with outstanding digital technology products, solutions and services.
