Accordingly, at two sessions, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and considered responsibilities and proposed disciplinary action against party members who had committed violations and shortcomings according to Inspection Conclusion No. 44/KL-TT, dated April 8, 2022 of the Provincial Inspectorate on the comprehensive inspection of the Binh Da Residential Area Project in Binh Da Ward, Bien Hoa City, invested by Binh Da Housing Development Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the Inspection Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee consider and take disciplinary action according to their authority against the following comrades: Nguyen Tuan Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Cell, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, former Head of the Planning Department under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Nguyen Kim Long, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, former assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Members, Chairman of the Board of Members of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation; Trinh Tuan Liem, Party member of Ward 1 Party Committee, Quyet Thang Ward Party Committee, Bien Hoa City, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Transport, former Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Chairman of the Bien Hoa City People's Committee.
At the same time, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee issued a notice concluding on shortcomings and violations and severely criticized 17 other related comrades.
Also at the meeting, the conclusion on the settlement of the denunciation against comrade Nguyen Duc Hoa, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Xuan Loc District was reviewed. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Xuan Loc District Party Committee to direct the organization of a serious review of the related party members.
In addition, at the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also reviewed responsibilities and proposed that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee consider and take disciplinary action according to their authority against comrade Huynh Thanh Vinh, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, former member of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thong Nhat district, who had shortcomings and violations according to Inspection Conclusion No. 02/KL-UBND, dated April 25, 2023 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province on the inspection of land allocation and issuance of land use right certificates to households and individuals in Xuan Thien commune, Thong Nhat district.
Comrade Nguyen Van Thuoc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Military Party Committee of Vinh Cuu District, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for the 2010-2015 term, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Home Affairs for the 2015-2020 term, had shortcomings and violations according to the Conclusion Notice No. 105-TB/TU, dated April 23, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee concluding the inspection when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 terms.
