Prioritize focusing resources on implementing social policy credit

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee prioritizes focusing resources on implementing social policy credit, ensuring that operating capital is allocated in the budget estimate, medium-term public investment plan and annually entrusted through the VBSP. In the period of 2026-2030, the local budget strives to entrust to the VBSP to lend to the poor and other policy beneficiaries an average of 140-160 billion VND per year, with the target that by the end of 2030, the entrusted capital from the local budget will account for 15% of the total capital for implementing social policies in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested to concentrate capital sources originating from the state budget and of a state budget nature into the Social Policy Bank; increase capital mobilization from deposits of agencies, units, organizations, individuals, and enterprises in the province, contributing to increasing resources and supplementing capital sources to implement lending for social policy credit programs. The Fatherland Front at all levels coordinates to deploy, promote mobilization, and contribute to the Fund for the Poor, open a Fund for the Poor account at the Social Policy Bank to supplement capital sources for social policy credit...

According to the Provincial People's Committee, Plan 74/KH-UBND was issued to thoroughly grasp, deploy and propagate the contents of Directive 39-CT/TW, Plan 277-KH/TU, creating high unity in awareness and action of departments, branches, authorities, organizations and individuals related to the position and role of social policy credit in implementing national target programs, social security policies, and socio-economic development of the province. Enhance the leadership and direction of departments, branches, and authorities at all levels from the province to the grassroots level for social policy credit in the new period. At the same time, specify the tasks and solutions to implement Directive 39-CT/TW, Plan 277-KH/TU in accordance with the practical situation of the province, identify key contents to focus on leadership and direction to effectively implement Directive 39-CT/TW in the province.
