To solve this problem, Vinh Phu Secondary School, Binh Phu Commune, Phu Ninh District has implemented the solution "Application of digital technology in preserving and promoting the value of Phu Tho Xoan Singing Cultural Heritage" with the desire to apply all the knowledge learned in school to raise awareness, responsibility, and spread the passion for preserving and promoting local cultural values ​​through Xoan Singing art, contributing a small part to the overall development of the national culture. This solution won the Third Prize at the Provincial Technical Innovation Competition in 2024.

Ms. Dinh Thi Hue - Head of the research group of authors on the solution "Application of digital technology in preserving and promoting the value of Phu Tho Xoan singing cultural heritage" said: With the goal of promoting and spreading Xoan singing art to the public near and far, the research group of authors has applied technology, using platforms such as youtube, zalo, meet... In particular, the group has mainly used the school's youtube channel to organize exchanges with Xoan singing clubs of schools, especially those with long geographical distances and difficult travel. During the project implementation, the group noticed that the audience did not have time to watch live, or sat in a far away position that was difficult to observe, and watching from a position that was too close easily lost its artistic value. To overcome this limitation, the group has implemented a plan to use livestream technology to broadcast the program on a large screen, helping the audience to follow the performance and creating excitement for viewers, thereby contributing to bringing the art of Xoan singing closer to the public, especially those who do not have the opportunity to come to Phu Tho.

In addition to maintaining the traditional values ​​of Xoan singing, during the performance, the performer must also blend the traditional and modern "sound colors" in the performance. That is also the direction of many art forms today. For that reason, during the production process, the group used some software such as OBS studio, camtasia, capcut, Kine Master, Iriun webcam... to create digital effects to make the performance video more vivid and attractive without losing its inherent folk colors.

In addition, the group also researches and applies digital technology to performances from editing techniques, creating 3D effects for videos to livestreaming art exchange programs, thereby attracting a large audience and professionals inside and outside the province interested in following this unique, traditional art form.

With the desire to preserve and promote the nation's cultural heritage, especially with the goal of promoting Xoan singing art to international friends, the group of authors has performed live streams with available videos, online exchanges on social networks to meet experts. In particular, digitizing and creating QR codes for project implementation videos, performance videos and online exchanges to store, transmit, create a methodical digital learning channel, rich in content and easy to use for students, teachers and art lovers...

The solution "Application of digital technology in preserving and promoting the value of Phu Tho Xoan Singing Cultural Heritage" has contributed significantly to the process of preserving and promoting "Traditional Xoan Singing Art" not only locally but also in many other regions of the country. In addition, it also creates a digital equipment warehouse, systematic and quality electronic learning materials, meeting the needs of learning and studying of Xoan Singing lovers in particular and those who love their homeland and people in general. Creating conditions for Xoan Singing clubs of many localities, regardless of geographical distance, to exchange, learn, and join hands to preserve and promote the value of the nation's cultural heritage.
