These are key factors that are expected to lead the development of the e-commerce industry in the coming time. In particular, experts shared contents such as: consumer behavior in the digital environment; AI in business management, operations and online marketing implementation; AI tools to support businesses in e-commerce development, etc.

As planned, VOBF 2025 will also take place in Hanoi on April 25. Accordingly, in addition to presentations, discussions, and panel discussions, Vecom will also announce the Vietnam E-commerce Index (EBI) Report 2025 on this occasion.
