According to Ukraine's Defense Express website, DELTA is the system used with KRAB self-propelled guns and RAK mortars currently in service in the army of this Eastern European country.

For the first time, DELTA acts as a central hub that collects data from all departments, updates and supplements missing information, and then transfers the information to the Polish TOPAZ system.

This “bridge” allows data to be integrated between the two parties, known as the Blue Side and the Pink Side, creating full situational awareness. The system has also demonstrated the ability to securely transmit data with limited access.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense emphasized that the country's DELTA military products ecosystem has successfully completed its mission and confirmed its compatibility with TOPAZ and other systems of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

The statement quoted Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernohorenko as saying that in 2024, the DELTA system team successfully tested five different standards of interoperability and passed all tests.

DELTA also performed in front of a series of delegations from member states and NATO representatives, receiving much praise.

On the same day, US State Department spokesman Vedant Patel said that in Washington, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Ukrainian President's Chief of Staff Andriy Yermak discussed the intention of NATO member states to bring Kiev closer to this military alliance.

Ukraine will become a member of NATO and the alliance's summit, scheduled for Washington next week, will "help build bridges" to that outcome, Blinken said.

Kiev is hoping that at the Conference it will receive more guarantees from the transatlantic military alliance about its admission to the bloc.

At the meeting, the two sides also discussed efforts led by the Group of Seven (G7) to “strengthen the resilience” of Ukraine’s energy grid, which has been under attack in recent months.
