After 5 years of implementing Decree No. 21 of the Government, Nghe An province has achieved important results in building a solid defense zone, maintaining political stability, and developing socio-economy; successfully organized 2 provincial defense zone and civil defense drills; 23 district-level defense zone drills; many drills on flood and storm prevention, search and rescue, forest fire fighting, etc.
