On the morning of November 13, the Provincial People's Committee worked with a working delegation from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment led by Mr. Le Minh Ngan, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, on state management of land in the province.

Receiving and working with the delegation were comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vu Kim Cu, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board.

After the 2024 Land Law was passed by the National Assembly, the People's Committee of Thai Binh province issued Plan No. 75/KH-UBND, dated April 12, 2024, to organize the implementation of the Law and simultaneously issued 8 decisions detailing a number of articles of the Law and the assigned decree; is urgently completing the remaining regulations to issue decisions to ensure full institutionalization of the contents assigned in the Law and the decrees, in accordance with the practical situation in Thai Binh province. The province has organized a conference to propagate and train the 2024 Land Law, focusing on disseminating new regulations on land management, use and protection to create positive changes, contributing to bringing the State management of land into order, in accordance with the law, using and protecting land resources in a reasonable and effective manner. The province has directed departments, branches, district and city People's Committees, relevant agencies and units to organize propaganda and dissemination of land laws to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of agencies and units in appropriate forms.
At the meeting, leaders of local departments and branches raised a number of problems arising in the implementation of the 2024 Land Law such as: adjusting planning and land use plans; land recovery, land use planning indicators; compensation, support for site clearance and resettlement; removing difficulties to speed up the appraisal and approval of environmental impact assessments of projects in the province...
Representatives of leaders of specialized units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment provided specific answers and responses based on the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and decrees and circulars guiding its implementation.

Speaking at the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment highly appreciated the positivity and proactiveness of Thai Binh province in implementing the Land Law 2024.
Emphasizing the contents that were agreed upon and clarified at the working session, the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment requested Thai Binh province to strengthen the dissemination of the 2024 Land Law in many forms to ensure unity and consensus in implementing the Law; perfecting the apparatus of agencies and units assigned to manage state land, building a land database to meet the requirements of state management of land in the province.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the working delegation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for spending time working effectively and scientifically to support the province in implementing the Land Law 2024 and the decrees guiding its implementation. Thai Binh will fully absorb the instructions of the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment and the members of the working delegation, and at the same time hope to continue to receive support from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to further improve the state management of land in the province in the coming time, helping the province to promote land resources for local socio-economic development.
