The Thien Tan 1.4 solar power project was granted an investment policy decision by the Provincial People's Committee on October 29, 2020, invested by Ninh Thuan Energy Investment and Development Company Limited, implemented in Phuoc Chien commune (Thuan Bac), with a capacity of 100MWp, a total investment of VND 1,938 billion. Up to now, the investor has completed legal procedures according to regulations and has had the feasibility study report appraised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade , signed a contract that meets the conditions for commercial operation. However, the investor is currently facing difficulties and obstacles in carrying out procedures for leasing land for the 220kV connection line.

For the Sushi Shrimp Processing Factory under the Shrimp Processing Factory Project No. 2 in Thanh Hai Industrial Park (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) invested by Thong Thuan Company Limited. Currently, the investor is focusing on completing the construction design documents to serve as a basis for submission to the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board for appraisal; installing fire prevention and fighting systems at the factory; at the same time, recommending relevant sectors to consider, support and create conditions for the investor to adjust the project schedule to December 2023 to be completed and put into operation.
Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments, branches and localities to proactively review and promptly resolve recommendations and proposals from businesses. Accordingly, for the Thien Tan 1.4 Solar Power Project, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Industry and Trade and Thuan Bac District will focus on coordinating to propose solutions to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Land Law, creating conditions for investors to complete land lease procedures to promptly complete the project's acceptance and commercial operation. For the Sushi Shrimp Processing Factory, the investor needs to fully comply with legal procedures to promptly submit to the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board for appraisal and implementation to ensure compliance with legal regulations on investment, putting the project into operation as committed.
