Implementing Project 06 in the province in 2024, local departments and branches have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented, basically ensuring the progress of the contents and tasks assigned in the Project; The Provincial People's Committee has paid attention to investing and consolidating technical infrastructure and human resources participating in the implementation of the project to ensure savings and efficiency. Up to now, 33/43 tasks of Project 06 in 2024 have been basically completed (16 tasks regularly implemented, 17 tasks according to the roadmap); continue to implement 10 tasks in the last months of 2024. Besides the achieved results, there are still 3 groups of slow-progress issues, including: Digitalization working group, IT infrastructure group and public services group.
Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Working Group of Project 06 provinces chaired the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Project 06 Working Group to continue to closely follow the assigned contents and tasks of Project 06 under the direction of the Government, the Government's Project 06 Working Group, and the Ministry of Public Security to direct departments, branches, and localities to implement the remaining tasks of 2024. In particular, focusing on thoroughly overcoming 3 groups of existing problems. Specifically, the Department of Information and Communications was assigned in October to urgently overcome existing problems, ensure the progress of implementing the Electronic Health Book and issuing judicial records through the VneID application; in November, advise the Provincial People's Committee to deploy a plan to prevent data loss and a plan to prevent and combat malware, focusing on ensuring compliance with security and safety standards. The Department of Justice directed and coordinated with data entry units to accelerate the progress of digitizing civil status data from the Civil Status Book, ensuring the completion of digitizing civil status data; The Department of Natural Resources and Environment accelerates the progress of digitizing land data; the Department of Transport, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs have specific solutions, clear people, clear work, clear progress to increase the rate of receiving and resolving essential public services. Regarding the rate of online public services, strive to reach 80% of the planned target by the end of 2024. Regarding the rate of activating Level 2 Electronic Identification, the Public Security force continues to do a good job of propaganda, guiding registration, receiving and activating VneID Electronic Identification accounts. Regarding the implementation of Project 06 Models, focus on maintaining and implementing 25 registered models, especially new models, such as: Piloting the AI Camera model at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee; Smart Medical Kiosk model; Model of implementing Electronic Health Book and Model of issuing judicial records through the VneID application. At the same time, continue to organize propaganda, dissemination and implementation of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies on digital transformation on the basis of population data; on the contents of Project 06, the Law on Identification, utilities on VneID, especially the utilities brought and the implementation results of the Public Security force to create consensus in society and people's participation in implementation.
