At the conference, enterprises made recommendations and proposals to remove difficulties and obstacles in legality and administrative procedures regarding mineral exploitation, ensuring filling materials for projects, providing clean water for tourist areas, clearing urban areas; infrastructure and environmental conditions, granting sea surface licenses for service activities, etc. Based on the recommendations and proposals of enterprises, representatives of sectors and localities responded and provided specific information on each content to remove difficulties for enterprises in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proposals, recommendations, reflections and sharing of enterprises on difficulties and obstacles in the process of investment, production and business activities in the past time. He requested departments, branches and localities to take action more quickly and effectively in removing the obstacles that enterprises have proposed; strengthen discipline, create changes in direction and administration, put serving people and enterprises first; prioritize timely removal of difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks in investment, land, construction, environment and planning policies.

Implementing well the motto "The Government actively and proactively accompanies enterprises", enhancing the interaction of state agencies with enterprises, grasping the operational situation, difficulties and problems of enterprises to have timely support and resolution measures. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned relevant departments, branches and localities to promptly have specific solutions on granting mineral exploitation certificates to enterprises, ensuring the supply of filling materials for urban areas; paying attention to investing and speeding up the progress of clean water supply projects to ensure the projects and tourist areas being implemented; promptly having solutions and assessing environmental impacts to use and fully exploit the source of sand dredged from fishing ports for filling urban area projects. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism together with localities and the Ninh Thuan Tourism Association reviewed and piloted the construction of tourist check-in stops along the coastal route to attract visitors; Strictly manage spontaneous oyster cages that affect the aesthetics and marine environment of Nai lagoon to protect the landscape and effectively exploit tourism activities.
