The digitization rate of administrative procedure records in Hai Duong city reached 99.5%.

From the beginning of the year to the end of September 2024, Hai Duong City received nearly 75,000 administrative procedure files. Of which, over 74,000 files were processed on time and before the deadline, reaching a rate of 97%. The rate of digitized files reached 99.7%, the rate of digitized files with results reached 99.5%.

Hai Duong City is the locality with the largest number of administrative procedure files received and processed in the province. This is also one of the localities with the highest rate of digitized files in the province.

Digitizing records, especially digitizing record results, helps facilitate the settlement of administrative procedures by district and commune-level administrative agencies and people; reduces the time to settle administrative procedures later when organizations and individuals have a need; increases transparency and efficiency in record management.
