The rate of digitization of administrative procedure results in Hai Duong City has reached 99.5%.

People handle administrative procedures at the "one-stop" service center in Hai Tan ward.

From the beginning of the year to the end of September 2024, Hai Duong City received nearly 75,000 administrative procedure applications. Of these, over 74,000 applications were processed correctly and ahead of schedule, achieving a rate of 97%. The rate of digitized applications reached 99.7%, and the rate of digitized results reached 99.5%.

Hai Duong City has the highest number of administrative procedures received and processed in the province. It is also one of the localities with a high rate of digitized documents in the province.

Digitizing records, especially the results of those records, facilitates the handling of administrative procedures by district and commune-level administrative agencies and citizens; reduces the time required to process administrative procedures later when organizations and individuals have needs; and increases transparency and efficiency in record management.
