In the second quarter of 2024, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province directed and implemented the contents of the 2024 Administrative Procedure Control Plan and implemented Decree No. 45 dated April 8, 2020 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment, so the control of administrative procedures at agencies, units and localities had quite good results.
From March 15, 2024 to June 14, 2024, the province received 113,695 administrative procedure records, of which 105,344 were newly received (online records accounted for 73.2%; direct records and records via postal services accounted for 26.7%) and 8,351 records transferred from the previous period. The number of records resolved was 104,126 and the number of records being resolved was 9,569.
In the second quarter, the reception and settlement of administrative procedures in the electronic environment were basically carried out legally and scientifically; ensuring equality, objectivity, publicity, transparency, and information security. Up to now, 100% of administrative procedures at the provincial, district, and commune levels have been digitized in reception in accordance with regulations.
To date, the total number of online public services in the province is 1,189 public services and 578 partial public services. Quang Nam has integrated 1,248 online public services into the National Public Service Portal.
The results of the implementation of the Service Index for People and Enterprises at the provincial level are made public on the provincial Electronic Information Portal and the Administrative Procedures Information System. As of June 24, 2024, Quang Nam province achieved 80/100 points, ranking 18/63 provinces and cities (national average 73.1 points).
