The Department of Education and Training of Binh Dinh province also discovered a number of individuals illegally teaching English at house number 132 Ham Nghi street (Quy Nhon city), with a signboard "TEA ENGLISH ACADEMY".
Through investigation, it was found that 20 students attended an unauthorized English class at house number 132 Ham Nghi, organized by Nguyen Thi Thanh T. (main teacher) and Dang Thi Thao N. (assistant teacher), both of whom are not officials in the education sector.

The Department of Education and Training of Binh Dinh province requested foreign language centers and foreign language - information technology centers to quickly overcome shortcomings and report implementation results to the Department.
