Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Party Committee Office has advised on the issuance of: 8 Programs, 42 Plans, 58 Reports, 56 Conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; 119 Notices of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and over 500 documents of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The appraisal of documents of agencies and units before submitting them to the Provincial Party Committee ensures strictness and compliance with regulations. Along with that, the quality of service continues to be improved, promptly handling many arising issues. The work of research, updating information, and reporting regime serving the Party Committee basically meets the requirements; through monitoring, grasping the situation and information products of the office, it has promptly provided multi-dimensional information, proposed many valuable practical opinions to the Party Committee, contributing to the process of issuing important decisions of the Party Committee.
The quality of consulting, appraising and examining documents and projects has been increasingly improved, meeting the leadership and direction requirements of the Party Committee, contributing to bringing policies and guidelines into life. Typical examples include: The situation and results of implementing housing support policies for people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives; on strengthening the implementation of environmental protection laws in mineral exploitation activities in the province; on strengthening the management and effective use of mineral resources in the province. In particular, to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3, the Provincial Party Committee Office promptly advised on the issuance of many documents on strengthening the prevention, control and mitigation of damage caused by natural disasters; on directing the overcoming of the consequences of storm No. 3 in the province.
The advisory work on preparing conditions for the 18th Provincial Party Congress has been closely followed by the Provincial Party Committee Office in accordance with Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo (term XIII) on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and the plans of Party committees at all levels, the congress sub-committees have focused on concretizing and implementing tasks and work according to the functions and tasks of the Party Committee Office. Up to now, good conditions have been advised for the first meeting of the Sub-Committee on Documents of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; completed and signed documents for implementation: Working regulations of the Sub-Committee on Documents; Decision on the establishment of the Standing Unit and editorial teams to assist the Sub-Committee on Documents of the 18th Provincial Party Congress; Plan to develop documents of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

Proud of the glorious tradition of the Party Committee Office
The Party Committee Office has special functions and tasks, which are to assist the Party Committee in organizing, operating work, leading, directing, and coordinating the activities of advisory and support agencies; coordinate with relevant agencies to advise and appraise proposed policies and guidelines in the fields of socio-economics, national defense - security, and foreign affairs; be the focal point to help the Standing Committee of the Party Committee handle daily work; advise, synthesize, and directly serve the highest leadership agency of a Party Committee at all levels...; the first place to receive information and guidelines from higher-level Party Committees and synthesized information from sources to the Party Committee; propose guidelines and guidelines together with Party committees and be the sole agency to finally appraise the guidelines, policies, resolutions, directives, etc. of the Party Committee.
Due to the specific nature of their work, Party Committee Office staff are in contact with most of the information coming to the Party Committee; have access to and study all policies of the Party and the State; are close to and work directly with the highest leaders of the Party Committee, which is an opportunity to learn the style, manners, and working methods; experience in directing and solving problems; thinking methods and many other general knowledge. These are favorable conditions and environments for Party Committee Office staff to quickly mature. In fact, over the past many years, many Provincial Party Committee Office staff have matured and become core cadres and leaders in agencies, units, departments, branches, districts, and cities of the province.
Tuyen Quang and the whole country are changing and integrating, the requirements for comprehensive leadership and direction of the Party Committee are getting higher and higher, the workload is getting bigger and bigger, therefore, the requirements for the Party Committee Office are also getting higher and higher, the level of work is getting more and more difficult. Each Party Committee Office staff always determines that they must have the spirit of working with all their heart; upholding principles but being flexible; being dynamic and always creative to meet the requirements of the Party Committee. These are more urgent requirements than ever for each Party Committee Office staff in the current period.
The 94th anniversary of the Party Committee Office's tradition day is an opportunity for each cadre, civil servant and employee to be proud of the glorious tradition of the Party Committee Office; to imbue with the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho, to overcome all difficulties, to unite, to strive, to strive to successfully complete assigned political tasks; to be worthy of being a trusted advisory and support agency of the Provincial Party Committee, to contribute together with the Provincial Party Committee and People to successfully implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, to strive to bring Tuyen Quang to develop quite well, comprehensively and sustainably in the Northern mountainous region.
