Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Party Committee Office has advised on the issuance of: 8 Programs, 42 Plans, 58 Reports, 56 Conclusions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; 119 Notices of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and over 500 documents of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. The review of documents from agencies and units before submission to the provincial Party Committee has been thorough and in accordance with regulations. Along with this, the quality of service has continued to improve, with many emerging issues handled promptly. Research, information updating, and reporting to the Party Committee have basically met requirements; through monitoring, understanding the situation, and the information products of the office, it has promptly provided multi-faceted information and proposed many valuable practical opinions to the Party Committee, contributing to the process of issuing important decisions of the Party Committee.

The quality of advice, assessment, and verification of documents and projects has been continuously improved, meeting the leadership and guidance requirements of the Party Committee and contributing to the implementation of policies and guidelines. Notable examples include: the situation and results of implementing housing support policies for people with meritorious service to the revolution and relatives of martyrs; strengthening the implementation of environmental protection laws in mineral exploitation activities in the province; and strengthening the management and efficient use of mineral resources in the province. In particular, to address the damage caused by Typhoon No. 3, the Provincial Party Committee Office promptly advised on the issuance of numerous documents on strengthening disaster prevention and mitigation efforts; and on directing the remediation of the consequences of Typhoon No. 3 in the province.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has closely followed Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024, of the Politburo (13th term) on Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Party Congress, and the plans of Party committees at all levels and subcommittees of the congress. They have focused on concretizing and implementing tasks and work according to the functions and duties of the Party committee offices. To date, they have advised on the necessary conditions for the first meeting of the Subcommittee on Documents for the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; and completed the signing of documents for implementation: the Working Regulations of the Subcommittee on Documents; the Decision on the establishment of the Standing Committee and editorial teams to assist the Subcommittee on Documents for the 18th Provincial Party Congress; and the Plan for the development of the documents for the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

The Party Committee Office has special functions and tasks, namely assisting the Party Committee in organizing and managing work, leading, directing, and coordinating the activities of advisory and support agencies; coordinating with relevant agencies to advise on and appraise proposals for policies and guidelines in the fields of socio -economic development, national defense and security, and foreign affairs; serving as the focal point to assist the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in handling daily work; advising, summarizing, and directly serving the highest leadership body of a Party committee at any level...; being the first point of contact for receiving information and guidelines from higher-level Party committees and summarizing information from various sources to the Party Committee; and, together with Party departments, proposing guiding policies and guidelines, and being the sole agency for final appraisal of policies, guidelines, resolutions, directives... issued by the Party Committee.

Due to the nature of their work, Party committee office staff are exposed to most of the information reaching the Party committee; they have access to and study all the Party and State's policies; and they work closely and directly with the highest-ranking leaders of the Party committee. This provides opportunities to learn their style, work methods, leadership experience, problem-solving skills, thinking methods, and other comprehensive knowledge. This is a favorable environment for Party committee office staff to quickly mature. In fact, over the years, many staff members of the Provincial Party Committee Office have matured and become core leaders in various agencies, units, departments, bureaus, districts, and cities of the province.

Tuyen Quang, along with the rest of the country, is undergoing transformation and integration. The demands for comprehensive leadership and guidance from the Party Committee are increasing, and the workload is growing. Consequently, the requirements and tasks for the Party Committee office are also becoming more demanding and challenging. Each staff member of the Party Committee office must be determined to work wholeheartedly; uphold principles while remaining flexible and adaptable; be dynamic and always creative to meet the Party Committee's requirements. These are more urgent than ever before for each staff member of the Party Committee office in the current period.

The 94th anniversary of the Party Committee Office's traditional day is an occasion for every cadre, civil servant, and employee to be proud of the glorious tradition of the Party Committee Office; to deeply understand the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho, to overcome all difficulties, to unite, to strive, and to make efforts to successfully complete the assigned political tasks; to be worthy of being a reliable advisory and support agency of the Provincial Party Committee, contributing together with the Provincial Party Committee and the people of the province to successfully implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, and striving to make Tuyen Quang a relatively developed, comprehensive, and sustainable province in the northern mountainous region.
