Vietnam team practices in cold weather, ready to compete with China

After settling into their accommodation at the Kempinski Hotel and taking the opportunity to rest and recover, on the evening of October 8, the Vietnamese team entered their first training session in Dalian, China.

At this time, the weather in Dalian has a lower temperature than the weather in Hanoi . Besides, the humidity is also quite low, so it feels cold.

The players warmed up very carefully to warm up their bodies.

Although the team has gathered since October 3, in reality, the preparation time of the Vietnamese team is very limited, because most of the key players can only gather with the team close to the departure date, after completing their obligations to their home clubs.

That is also the reason why coach Philippe Troussier spent a lot of time in training to strengthen the playing style he is building for the team, while increasing coordination and cohesion between the lines.

As the practice session was coming to an end, a heavy rain suddenly poured down, causing the temperature to drop and creating a chilly feeling.

Worried that his players' health might be affected, coach Philippe Troussier was forced to blow the whistle, reminding the team to change into warm clothes and return to the hotel.

On October 9, the Vietnamese team will have a training session to familiarize themselves with the Dalian Sports Center stadium, where the friendly match with the host country will take place. Before the training session, coach Philippe Troussier and a player will attend a press conference before the match.
