The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Decision 3963/QD – BVHTTL on promoting family values in the new era.
The purpose of the plan is to propagate, popularize, educate, and raise awareness of the Vietnamese family value system in the new era. The content propagates good family values in the process of inheritance, new absorption, and promotion in the modern era; educates on ethics, lifestyle, and behavior in the family; and builds a prosperous, happy, progressive, and civilized Vietnamese family.

Propaganda on paper, specifically the People's Representative Newspaper, quantity: 10 political articles; 15 illustrative photos. Propaganda on electronic newspapers: specifically the Vietnam Law Newspaper online, quantity: 01 podcast, 03 interviews, 01 research article, 01 reflection article, 10 illustrative photos. Propaganda on spoken newspapers: specifically on the VOV4 Mountainous Ethnics radio channel, quantity: 03 Tay-Nung language reports, 02 Cham language reports, 02 Thai language reports (each report lasts 5 minutes). Propaganda on television: specifically on VTC1 and VTC14 television channels, quantity: 01 documentary report lasts 15 minutes. Broadcast program: 24h Life program. Propaganda time: December 2024.
At the same time, the plan also requires diversifying the forms of propaganda to reach many audiences, ensuring the capacity and time according to the plan. Ensuring unity, close, regular and effective coordination between relevant agencies and units in propaganda activities on family values in the new period.
