Propaganda about the 14th National Party Congress is creative and imbued with the cultural identity of the Capital.

On April 18, the Hanoi Party Committee Office issued Notice No. 2125-TB/TU on the conclusion of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong on the progress of implementing organizational tasks to serve the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On April 17, Comrade Nguyen Van Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee chaired a working session on the progress of the implementation of organizational work to serve the 14th National Congress of the Party (abbreviated as the 14th Congress). After listening to the reports of the units, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and positivity of the City People's Committee and the units in implementing the organizational work to serve the 14th Congress as assigned in Plan No. 242-KH/TU dated May 31, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the tasks assigned to Hanoi by the 14th Congress Organizing Subcommittee.

To continue to perform well the work of serving the 14th National Party Congress , the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee requested that the City People's Committee, agencies and units proactively carry out tasks according to Plan No. 242-KH/TU and closely coordinate with Central agencies to carry out tasks as required by the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 14th National Congress to ensure quality and progress, focusing on the following contents:

Agencies and units continue to review assigned tasks according to Plan No. 242-KH/TU dated May 31, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, develop detailed plans to implement the tasks of the agencies and units (according to the attached form), clearly stating the work, progress, and time, and report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee (through the Office of the City Party Committee) before April 28, 2025.

Focus on disseminating information about the 14th National Congress of the Party, ensuring that the content of the dissemination is widely deployed, methodical, creative and imbued with the cultural identity of the capital. The dissemination work must be carried out in a practical manner, arousing the pride, solidarity and aspiration to contribute of cadres, party members and people.

Organize propaganda in a variety of forms, combining traditional and modern methods. In addition to visual propaganda forms such as billboards and posters, it is necessary to make the most of the digital environment, social networking platforms, LED screens in public areas, high-rise buildings, railway stations, elevated trains and main traffic routes to convey the message about the congress vividly and effectively.

Propaganda content should focus on highlighting the achievements of the Capital in the past term, the pioneering role of the Hanoi Party Committee in implementing political, economic, cultural and social tasks, as well as the major orientations and goals of the 14th Congress.

In particular, we should avoid propaganda that is formal, dry, and lacking in depth; instead, we should prioritize creative, emotional approaches that are closely linked to the lives of the people of the capital, contributing to creating an exciting atmosphere, strengthening trust, and affirming Hanoi's position in the cause of national construction and development.

The City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission is assigned to be the focal point to work with the Central Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to specifically and clearly define the tasks assigned to Hanoi regarding the organization of the 14th National Party Congress; at the same time, preside over and advise on organizing conferences to discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the Central Party Congress.
