Propaganda and consultation on consumer rights protection in Thanh Hoi commune

On April 10, the Hoa Binh Province Consumer Protection Association coordinated with the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas and the Tan Lac District Consumer Protection Association to disseminate and provide advice on consumer rights and obligations at Thanh Hoi Market, Thanh Hoi Commune (Tan Lac). The program attracted a large number of traders and residents to participate.

Representatives of the Provincial Consumer Protection Association distributed leaflets and promoted the Law on Consumer Protection to people in Thanh Hoi commune (Tan Lac).

The Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association distributed more than 300 leaflets and hung banners to promote Vietnam Consumer Rights Day to raise awareness and knowledge among local consumers. It disseminated basic contents of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, regulations on food safety; instructed people on how to identify counterfeit and poor quality goods...

In addition, the Provincial Consumer Protection Association receives and answers people's questions related to consumer issues, and guides the steps for filing complaints and denunciations when rights are violated.

The program aims to raise awareness and responsibility of consumers, contribute to building a healthy business environment, and protect the legitimate rights of people.
