Propaganda of the Law on Cooperatives 2023

The conference was held on the morning of March 27 at the hall of the People's Committee of Binh Son district. Attending the conference were nearly 100 delegates representing the leaders of the People's Committees of 22 communes and towns; and management staff of cooperatives in the district.

At the conference, delegates were informed by the Provincial Cooperative Union about the contents of Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of collective economy in the new period. The 2023 Law on Cooperatives fully institutionalizes the 8 policy groups of Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW to create motivation to promote the development of collective economic organizations. Thereby, helping farmers raise awareness, voluntarily contribute capital and efforts to participate in building new-style cooperatives to bring practical benefits to members, ... contributing to the development and improvement of collective economic efficiency in the new period.

Through the conference, it helps managers of cooperatives in the district grasp the legal knowledge of the 2023 Law on Cooperatives and documents, directives and resolutions related to the field of collective economy and cooperatives. Thereby, cooperatives will operate in accordance with the Law on Cooperatives and State regulations. At the same time, promote and introduce typical and advanced models of cooperatives, cooperative unions and new-style cooperative groups; produce and trade according to the value chain of key products of the region in accordance with the 2023 Law on Cooperatives.
