In order to comprehensively deploy digital technology in tax management for business households, the Ministry of Finance requires the tax sector to deploy the BDS function nationwide. Regarding the purpose, the General Department of Taxation deploys the BDS function to support an additional form of displaying information that must be publicly disclosed by business households according to regulations. Based on the currently applied forms of disclosure, the BDS function will support tax authorities at all levels from central to local levels to manage taxpayers in an intuitive manner, grasp the area well, prevent missing households, prevent budget loss, and support the work of building estimates. At the same time, the BDS function also better supports business households, people, enterprises, state management agencies and other organizations in providing feedback to tax authorities on tax management of business households by local tax authorities, enhancing publicity and transparency in tax management with the supervision of people and relevant agencies, ensuring equality between business households and between localities nationwide...
