Disseminate legal policies and provide information to prestigious people

Implementing policies for prestigious people among ethnic minorities, on October 1, the Provincial Ethnic Committee organized propaganda on legal policies and provided information to 88 prestigious people of 9 communes: Tam Thanh, Long Coc, Vinh Tien, Thu Ngac, Van Luong, Minh Dai, Xuan Dai, Kim Thuong, Xuan Son in Tan Son district.

At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Provincial Ethnic Committee report on 3 topics including: "Socio -economic situation in the first 6 months of 2024, directions and tasks for the last 6 months of the year"; "Results of ethnic work implementation" with 3 contents: National target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas from 2021-2023; National target program on rural construction extended from 2021-2023; National target program on sustainable poverty reduction from 2021-2023; "Policy on prestigious people" with 2 contents: Consolidated document of Decision 12/2018/QD-TTg dated March 6, 2023 of the Prime Minister and Instruction 852/UBDT-DTTS on implementing Decision No. 12/2018/QD-TTg and Decision No. 18/2023/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

Delegates are prestigious people from 9 communes attending the training.

Through the conference, it aims to provide information and equip skills for prestigious people among ethnic minorities in the communes to grasp basic knowledge and content, methods of implementing propaganda and mobilization work in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

This is the content to promote the role of prestigious people among ethnic minorities in the province.
